When can I fast-track my visa application
In order to be eligible to fast-track your visa, you must be:
- Currently residing in the United Kingdom,
- Applying for an extension to stay or permanently settle in the United Kingdom
If the visa application is for permanently settling in the United Kingdom, then you must contact us 48 hours after successfully completing your ‘Life in the UK’ test, but within 28 days of completing the qualifying period.
